I recently ordered some fabric from J.Higgins in order to have a jacket made for my son. I was so pleased not only from the prompt and helpful responses to my questions, but how exquisite the fabric is. When the package containing my fabric order arrived a few days ago, it was very neatly wrapped and taped for shipping. It told me, as a customer, that my business matters, and I am an important customer. Thank you, J. Higgins, for doing an excellent job in servicing my request.
