    The package arrived damaged with the hooks missing. The company was incredibly easy to work with in getting replacement hooks sent. The product is great, but the service is even better!

    I never received the 4 replacement belt hooks for my jacket that I ordered from J.Higgins. (Hey Eric, If you tell me your last name I'll look into this. I'm sure it was sent but I need more info to help. Why didn't you call us at 1-800-426-7268? We want to help.
