This black acetyl mouthpiece is a great replacement for all standard blowpipe sizes. Available in a 3'' to 6'' range and attaches via the traditional threading mechanism.

The imitation ivory mouthpiece that came with my pipes was chipping away. An exact replica would be expensive. I decided to go with a more durable product and it came at a great price. This mouthpiece will last for many years to come.

Need a 6 inch blow pipe when you're 6'5"

Absolutely needed this. I am a tall Piper my last blowpipe was 51/2 inches sometimes a struggle and bad for posture, The 1/2 inch increase really helped.

The mouthpiece works well. I removed my old one which was a longer one cut (which I never did like the look of it) and replaced it with this one, it looks nice on my old Gillanders & McLeod bagpipes. My order wasn't anything special, just this and a practice chanter reed (needed a spare). I originally ordered a 5in, but after thinking about it for a twenty minutes or so and checking my measurements I sent Mr. Higgins an e-mail and asked if there was anyway to send a 4in, but if not no worries. He saw the message before he sent it and sent the 4in mouthpiece and I'm glad I changed to the 4in. Thanks much. No complaints here, I plan on giving you more business in the nearer future.

Husband and boys inherited bagpipes, but had a too short mouthpiece. Not sure why, but so glad J. Higgins carries EVERYTHING WE NEED! SO HAPPY!
