I have ordered about a dozen hackles from J. Higgins and each and every one is beautiful. As with all of the products from J. Higgins, the quality is excellent and there is nothing that looks as though it is "cheap" or poorly put together. Shipping times are outstanding (even to Hawaii). Every time I need hackles, this is where I get them.
