   I go to Higgins for all of my Scottish needs. Always great quality at a good price.....that was the case with the hackels just purchased!

9. Hackles For the Guard

   I've worn one of these hackles in my Glengarry cap for the past year and have been very pleased with the look and quality. As the recently appointed Quartermaster for my Scottish Color Guard group with responsibility for outfitting all members, my choice was clear. A nice quantity of white hackles from J. Higgins is now in my supply cabinet and ready for distribution.
