What I received was a glengarry which I did not want and which I will be returning. (John's reply: Bill, for the record here, you did order a glengarry, not a balmoral. We sent you what you requested).

The hat is of good quality but is very narrow at the top. it sits on top of my head and not on my head comfortably. It is much narrower than the other 3 that I have from various manufacturers. Would not buy this one again.

i had bought Glengarry a couple of years ago from you and it was a little better quality then this one and the size is a little bigger then older one even though it says the same size 61. Old one label said Caledonian and the new one was a plan white label.
