Been fumbling with cane reeds for awhile, glad to have a cost effective alternative. I have an older set of GHB pipes, (50-60's) made in Pakistan. Decent quality but not the same as a Scottish made set. These Shepherd synthetic drones allow me to easily determine pitch and pressure and keep it there. Actually able to play the full set without worries or spending my whole time springing and adjusting the drone reeds. Love it! $3 a blade whats not to love? Shipped out the same day as ordered and arrived promptly.
