You simply cannot go wrong with a Mackie bonnet. Bring a Mackay I am a little biased. I was so sad to hear Mackie would no longer be making bonnets. I immediately ordered this one. This makes my 5th Mackie. They are by far the most superior Scottish made headgear on the market. This one meets the highest standards of my others. I would highly recommend them. Hurry before they’re gone.

Ordered this about a year ago and have been wearing it daily, alternating with a solid black Balmoral, ever since. Keeps my head very warm, especially on the drive to work while the car is still warming up. I could wear a beanie and cover my ears, but this bonnet is more stylish.
Took one star off due to the cockade unravelling slightly. My old Balmoral from 1986 never did that, that I recall.

Seems very well made, compared to cheaper ones. Sizing seems spot on.

The bonnet is one of the best I have seen. Good quality, not a cheap knockoff. I made a mistake in my order, but the staff called & got the order straighen out. Great service
