Returns & Exchanges Policy
We offer two general types of products: Stock items and Custom items.
Stock items are fully returnable and exchangeable.
Custom items (which will be marked as Custom in the order process), are not returnable nor exchangeable due to their individualized nature. If we have made a mistake on the size of a custom garment, and it is clearly our fault, we will indeed correct the problem free of charge. If we have made the garment to the measurements provided and it doesn't fit due to improper measuring, we can offer to correct the problem for a fee to be determined. Never give a generic size or pant measurement for a custom garment. Always give actual cloth tape measurements. Please review our measurement guide here:

Uniforms:
All of our stock jackets and pants are exchangeable if the first size doesn’t fit. We cannot exchange anything with patches, hems, badges, or metalwork sewn onto the garments. This includes alterations and adjustments to the fit.
Make sure to try on the uniform in the clothes in which you’ll wear it (proper undershirt etc.). In the event of an exchange, we’ll need specific and detailed sizing issues with measurements outlined and photographed with a ruler or tape measure for reference. These can be emailed to us or included in the box when you send for the exchange. We cannot determine what you will need with generalized comments like “this is too big” or “doesn’t fit”.
If your uniform doesn’t fit, you should try on another size that someone else in your unit has received from us. It might not be perfect, but it will give us a better understanding of what we need to do. Take advantage of the various sizes you’ll have to try on as you receive a large order.
Keep all the uniforms until you try them on and give us one list of the items we need to exchange. After documenting the fit and trying on all other options, you can send your uniform(s) back to us. As you send these back to us, please take care to re-pack the uniforms with the same care in which they arrived to you. Please match up garments with the corresponding size tags/bags and return hangers that were sent with the uniforms. Keep them away from animal hair, fold/hang/lay neatly in the box, and pack in a tidy fashion. Uniforms that arrive crumpled up and covered in hair might be subject to pressing/cleaning charges.
Musical Instruments:
We normally do not offer any exchange or return service for musical instruments that show signs of use due to health reasons. In rare circumstances of buyer remorse we will offer to accept returns but we will assess a re-stocking fee we will determine once we examine the instrument for signs of use. If we can determine it is safe to accept a returned instrument we will contact you with the amount of the restocking fee. We do this to protect our customers. Our commitment to our customers is to sell only new instruments.
Shipping Your Return/Exchange:
You do not need an RMA or Return Authorization Number to send your package back. You can return stock items with a note detailing what you want done (i.e. exchange or refund). Exchanges will be shipped based upon current stock; refunds will be given the day the product arrives here. You may find it useful to keep the original packing material for re-sending the package. Return the box to our mailing address listed below, ensure that you have proper tracking details and insurance for yourself, and include the information we will need to identify the box when it arrives to us. Proper contact details and/or a copy of our invoice are greatly appreciated. We cannot refund items lost enroute to us. We do not refund the original shipping charges, only the merchandise cost.
We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for items drop shipped from suppliers factory, per their policies, if our customer refuses or returns the shipment. This applies only to orders drop shipped from our suppliers if they have a re-stocking fee policy.
We do not pay you for shipping for items you send back to us for exchanges. We do not charge you shipping on the items we send on an exchange.
We will not send an exchange product out prior to receiving the return. We must have the original item first, and then we will send the exchange. If you are in need of the new item sooner, then you will need to place a new order and use the "exchange" product as a "return" which we will refund to you when we receive it.
Shipment Returned to Sender:
Wrong Item or Damaged Product:
We will pay for the return shipping if we have sent you the wrong item, or it arrives damaged or defective, but you must contact us before sending the damaged/incorrect item for us to issue a pre-paid label for you to send it back free of charge. We will not reimburse return shipping on defective/incorrect items if you elect to return it using any other method than our free return label.

Shipping To You In Another Country:
We ship all over the world. All of your shipping charges and product charges will be shown at checkout (in US dollars) before you complete your order. Products shipped outside of the USA will be subject to additional customs charges.
Express Shipping:
Express shipping is available! We use UPS Overnight and UPS 2nd day, Priority Mail and standard mail. UPS Overnight and UPS 2nd day orders must be received by 12pm CST Monday through Friday, and we will contact you if the items are not in stock. Weekends do not count on overnight and 2nd day. For example, if you order an overnight or 2nd day service on a Friday your order will arrive Monday for overnight or Tuesday for 2nd day.
