These Pipers hose are a favorite with Pipe Bands. They have the double fold cuff for a thicker calf look. Shoe Size 3-4: Extra Small
Shoe Size 4-7: Small
Shoe Size 8-10: Medium
Shoe Size 11-12: Large
Shoe Size 13-15: Ex Large
If you are a 1/2 size in between one of these size ranges, go with the larger size.

Decent Hose for the Price
I've had several pairs of these hose in black and Navy blue. They're very comfortable. Make sure you trim your toenails though, I've worn holes in two of them at my big toe after a couple years of parade wear, but mom taught me to darn socks, so all is well. The most recent pair I bought in size M was smaller than my last purchase in that size, and are too short, so you may want to give Higgins a call to confirm sizing. These are my favorite kilt hose, outside of the Lewis hose which are 2x the price. I love the long tops that can be doubled-over for a great look. I've never had a pair of these sag or fall down.
