Ordering:

Due to bank regulations and card security reasons, please note that we will charge your credit card up front at the time of order for orders placed online for custom products, and products that are backordered. For phone orders, we generally wait to run the card until the order is ready to ship. However, we can charge the card ahead at your discretion

We also accept departmental, municipal, state and federal purchase orders. Once submitted and approved, you can email us your order and we will send it with an invoice with 30 day net terms.

Products:

We offer two general types of products:  Stock items and Custom items.   

Stock items are fully returnable and exchangeable. 

Custom items (which will be marked as Custom in the order process), are not returnable nor exchangeable due to their individualized nature. If we have made a mistake on the size of a custom garment, and it is clearly our fault, we will indeed correct the problem free of charge.  If we have made the garment to the measurements provided and it doesn't fit due to improper measuring, we can offer to correct the problem for a fee to be determined. Never give a generic size or pant measurement for a custom garment.  Always give actual cloth tape measurements. Shipping Times:

For orders that are in stock, we generally ship that same day (if ordered before 12 p.m. CST) or the next business day. We ship using different methods. Standard ground shipping usually takes 7 to 10 business days. We also have express shipping which can arrive faster, this is calculated based on weight, zip code, and cost at checkout. Express shipping is not available and does not count during weekends. Please note that shipping companies do not deliver on the weekends. 

Backordered times vary and depend on the product and the supplier. We will contact you with an estimated backorder date when your order is received. We do present the option for you to have any "in-stock" items shipped ahead of the back ordered product(s).

Discounts and Wholesale:

Unfortunately, we are not set up for wholesale accounts. We do not offer band, bulk, group, or quantity discounts. Our prices are as represented on our website. We just try to offer the best service possible and the best price on the market.

Video Chats:
This is a service we offer our customers who are in need of assistance with measuring. We also offer this service for piping questions and "technical support" for the products we sell. We are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m to 5 p.m CST. We set these meetings during our business hours using several different platforms for video calling. Please email or call to schedule a day/time. When we call for measuring, please ensure you have the following items ready on hand:
Cloth tape measure
Comfortable tee shirt and shorts
Another person present who will do the measuring for us
We always aim to conduct the meetings in a time efficient manner as the sessions can time out.

Privacy Policy:

Our Privacy policy is very simple. We do not share any customer information with anyone at any time.  We do not sell any customer information. Our main operating computer system with your information is off line.
