Brown Leather Sporran Strap (over 44")

I have purchased this product in the past and have been very satisfied to find it exactly as described, "brown leather sporran strap". This time however ... 1) If it is "brown" it is so dark that it is barely distinguishable against the black leather upholstery of my car; and, 2) It appears to be synthetic leather, not real leather.

When I have purchased this exact product from you in the past, it has been exactly as described. Most recently (ordered last week; received today) #1 it appears to be synthetic, not real leather; and; #2 if it is brown, it is so dark that it is barely distinguishable against the black leather interior of my car.

I love it and have 1 in black and 1 in brown.

This belt is of good quality and will function fine. It is just barely long enough.. I have a 50 inch waist. The problem I have with it is it's black instead of brown. (John's reply: Hi Darrell, you should give us a call and send a photo of the strap. I'd like to see it. Only reason I mention it is because the brown strap is very dark. We show we sent a brown and our remaining inventory is correct, so we'd be interested in seeing the photo if you could.

This is great. Unlike a chain, the belt doesn't snag the belt loops on my kilt or scrape against the chair when I'm sitting down. It also allows the sporran to slide off to the side and out of the way if needed. The color is a bit dark but other than that it's perfect.
